These are the JPENHS approachable people in the record section dubbed as, "way labad", they say. That is namely, Mr. Agaton Magallanes (seated near his flat screen computer) and Mr. Carmelito Gemina. Mr. Aga Magallanes in particular has been reliable not only with the school records and Documents but with JPENHS History as well.
